Renew Your Florida Real Estate License - DBPR Approved Course #26859 - 100% Online
Course approved by the DBPR (course 26859)
Florida Real Estate License Renewal - 14 Hours Every 2 Years
After your first renewal with the 45-hour post-license course, you must complete 14 hours of continuing education every 2 years to maintain your Florida real estate license active. This is a mandatory requirement from the DBPR for all real estate agents and brokers.
Our 14-hour Florida real estate continuing education course (DBPR #26859) meets this requirement completely. The course covers updated topics on Florida legislation, professional ethics, industry practices, and current regulations that every agent must know.
Upon completing and passing the 30-question exam with 80% or higher, we automatically report your completion to the DBPR every week. Your license will be renewed without additional procedures.
⚠️ Important: If your license expires without completing the 14 hours, it will become inactive and you'll have to pay penalties in addition to the course fee. Renew on time and keep your license active.

Quiz Risk Management
- Format:Multiple-choice exam with 30 questions
- Passing Score: 80% correct answers required (24 out of 30)
- Attempts Available: 5 attempts according to Florida regulations
- Reporting: Notification to DBPR of successful completions
If you don't pass within 5 attempts, according to Florida legislation you must retake the entire course before taking a different exam.
It's a mandatory course you must complete every 2 years to renew your Florida real estate license AFTER your first renewal. It's different from the 45-hour post-license course (which you only take once). Our course is DBPR approved #26859 and 100% meets the requirement.
You must complete it before each license renewal every 2 years, after your first renewal. For example: if you got your license in 2020, renewed with 45 hours in 2022, now you need 14 hours every 2 years (2024, 2026, etc.).
The course costs $29.99. This is the most competitive price in Florida for a complete DBPR-approved 14-hour course. No hidden fees or additional charges.
Yes, our continuing education course is completely online. All lessons, materials, and the final exam are available online 24/7 for your convenience.
You have 5 attempts to pass the exam with 80% or higher. If you use all 5 attempts, according to Florida regulations you must retake the entire course. Most students pass on the first or second attempt.
